Investment Mandate
Biz Freedom Holdings targets community-rooted businesses within a 30-minute radius of Sacramento Valley, California. We focus on companies generating stable, reliable revenue with a minimum net profit margin of 15% and at least 3 years of clean financial records. Our preferred acquisition range is $500,000 to $3 million, with annual cash flow between $100,000 and $600,000. We are open to creative financing structures, including seller participation, and we implement a structured three-year value creation plan designed to strengthen EBITDA performance and long-term business health.
Investment Thesis
Our leadership platform combines deep operational experience with scalable marketing and systems expertise. Carl brings executive-level P&L leadership across multi-site enterprises, workforce development at scale, and disciplined capital execution. Catarina brings growth architecture, marketing automation systems, brand expansion strategy, and client acquisition infrastructure. Together, we align people, process, and performance to build resilient, scalable businesses.
Resources & Infrastructure
We operate with a strong regional and professional support foundation. Our workforce access spans Sacramento, Placer, and Yolo Counties, supported by established local hiring networks. We maintain a professional advisory team that includes a CPA, legal counsel, and strategic business advisors to ensure sound governance and transaction execution. We also have bank pre-approved credit facilities and available acquisition capital, guided by a disciplined and conservative capital allocation philosophy.

After this period, we transition into an executive governance role, overseeing P&L performance, strategic reviews, capital allocation, and long-term vision alignment.
